Move Beyond Touch. Become the Dance

Saturday | 2:00pm – 6:00pm

The Pleasure Dance is the second experience in Tracy Louise's transformational trilogy:

The Touch Lab → The Pleasure Dance → Body Electric

If The Touch Lab teaches how to touch, The Pleasure Dance teaches how to feel.

This immersive afternoon workshop explores movement, body awareness, connection, sensuality, and the natural pleasure available when we stop performing and start listening to our bodies.

Many of us have learned to disconnect from sensation. We live in our heads, overthink our interactions, and often feel self-conscious about movement, expression, and desire. The Pleasure Dance offers a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

There is no choreography to learn.

No dance experience required.

No partner necessary.

This is not about looking good.

It is about feeling good.

What You'll Experience

Throughout the afternoon, you'll be guided through a series of carefully facilitated exercises designed to awaken pleasure, presence, confidence, and connection.

Together we explore:

  • The relationship between movement and emotion

  • How pleasure travels through the body

  • Using breath to amplify sensation

  • Moving from performance into authenticity

  • Trusting body intelligence

  • Giving and receiving energetic attention

  • Playfulness, curiosity, and embodied confidence

  • Connection with self before connection with others

You will be invited to dance, move, stretch, sway, breathe, laugh, and explore the many ways pleasure can be expressed beyond sexuality.

Why Pleasure?

Pleasure is one of the most underdeveloped skills many adults possess.

We are taught how to work.
We are taught how to achieve.
We are taught how to perform.

Few of us are ever taught how to fully receive.

The Pleasure Dance creates an opportunity to rediscover joy, aliveness, sensuality, creativity, and self-expression through movement.

Many participants describe feeling:

  • More confident in their bodies

  • Less self-conscious

  • More emotionally connected

  • More present

  • More playful

  • More alive

A Safe and Inclusive Environment

This workshop welcomes people of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, body shapes, ages, and abilities.

Participation is always by invitation, never obligation.

Boundaries, consent, communication, and choice are woven throughout every exercise.

You are welcome exactly as you are.The Perfect Bridge

The Pleasure Dance

Where sensation becomes movement and movement becomes freedom.

FAQs

What if I don't want to participate?

This is a consent only space, everyone rotates through stages. It is not possible to only do one stage, however participants will be guided according to their comfort levels. No is always no .

Can I help and watch?

Helpers are super busy raising enegy and attending to participants. Helpers don't participate in touch. This is not a voyeuristic space. Helpers are there to actively & consciously hold safe space for participants. It is not a passive role.

Do I get to touch other people?

Only the people that request it on the table in your triad and only what they request, exactly.

What's the point of witnessing?

This is not about being a voyeur. Conscious witnessing with presence provides incredible learning to the witness, provides containment to the person on the table, support for the giver. Witnessing is powerful.

Can I ask for any touch?

If it's your turn on the table and the giver consents then yes

What kind of touch do I ask for?

This is a creative space, get creative, try something new

What if I change my mind?

It's perfectly fine. A load of information, practising, Q&As will happen prior. There will be many options.

Who gets to touch me?

Only who you choose, how you choose.

Can I only work with my partner?

We work in triads so there will be times when partners are in a different triad. We encourage this discussion prior.

Is this open to all sexualities, representations, abilities and gender?

Yes, let us know if there are any limitations so we may accommodate accordingly.

Is it noisy?

Yes! The second part of this ritual is high energy, loud music, much noise. If you are sensitive to noise and still want to participate - we suggest bring headphones and discuss body language consent practices with your triad.

I have a disability can I still attend?

We want to make this accessible to everyone. Let us know by email what your challenges are and how we can assist.

Do you accept cash on the door?

No. Tickets only to registered and then invited guests

Can I arrive later?

That is a hard no. The space including all participants build a safe container early, once this is established, new people entering interrupts that safe container. No entry after event has started.
