About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
My Approach
I work in a hands-on, body-based way because the body often holds memories and patterns independent of the mind.

Talking can bring awareness—but real change happens when the body is included.

Through safe, consent-led somatic work, I support clients to understand their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and experience touch, arousal, and intimacy in a way that feels regulated and authentic.

A key part of this work is recognising that arousal and non-arousal states behave very differently—physiologically, emotionally, and in how the body responds to touch. When you understand these states, you can work with your body rather than against it.

Our Story
Before this work, I spent over 15 years in some of the most vulnerable spaces within the adult industry.
It was there that I saw something most people don’t talk about.

Not just a gap in traditional sex education, but a much deeper void in how people understand themselves.
Their confidence. Their desires. Their body image. Their ability to communicate. Their relationship with their own sexuality.
People trusted me with their most intimate thoughts, fears, and questions—often things they had never said out loud before.
Not because I had all the answers, but because they knew they wouldn’t be judged.

And what I noticed, over and over again, was this:

Everyone assumed everyone else had it figured out.

That they were the only one unsure. The only one struggling. The only one questioning.

But the truth is, there are questions at every stage.

Single. Dating. In long-term relationships.
Straight, gay, non-binary, intersex.
Through aging, hormonal changes, life transitions.

Sexuality is one of the few things almost everyone experiences.
Yet authentic, practical, embodied education around it is still severely lacking.

What I also saw was how limited the existing support systems can be.
Medical pathways often lead to prescriptions that don’t fully resolve the issue.
Many practitioners are not comfortable having open conversations about sex.
And even when they are, people are often given a 10-minute window to discuss something deeply personal and complex.
That’s not enough.

My sessions are 1.5 hours for a reason.

Time to slow down.
Time to build trust.
Time for the nervous system to settle.
Time to find the words, the movement.
Time to deepen into whats really there.

Because when the body feels safe, it starts to communicate.
I don’t position myself as someone who “fixes” people.

I stay curious—with you.

And together, we create the space for your body to become aware of what it needs…
and respond in a way that feels more natural, more connected, and more you.
